Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
While working as a customer service associate for a local insurance company, I received a phone call from a very angry customer due to there insurance increasing by 25% at renewal. I actively worked with them to develop a tailor made insurance plan that worked with their budget and still keep her at the coverage she needed.
