What’s a “why am I like this?” moment you’ve had recently?

My “why am I like this?” Moment, I’ve had is probably everyday. I mean sometimes I don’t even tell when I’m over doing something or hurting someone’s feelings. I try my best to be a better version of myself and not always think about me, myself. When I realize what I’ve cause I feel a sense of regret and selfishness. At nights I cry myself to sleep, I then realize my mistakes I’ve caused. Then the “What if’s” come in, knowing them what if’s are never coming. “Why am I like this?” Over powers my thoughts to the point my head hurts and I can’t think straight. The only thing I’m best at is letting everything out by crying.
