Do you have reliable transportation or own a car? What is your current location?

I am currently attending school and living in Philadelphia. I typically take the bus to get around the city.

Have you ever represented a brand in a retail or promotional setting?

Yes, I do have experience with customer-facing roles. I worked with Lobo Mau where I helped clients in retail, guided them through different clothing options, and made sure they felt comfortable and confident in what they picked. I’ve also hosted promotional tabling events for GoPuff when I was a campus ambassador. That involved talking to people, explaining the service and seasonal products, answering questions, and getting them excited to try it. Both roles taught me how to be approachable, helpful, and genuinely engaged with customers.

How would you engage a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?

If someone is hesitant to try a new product, I’d approach them in a really casual, low-pressure way. I never want anyone to feel pushed. I’d start a simple conversation, ask what they usually look for, and then offer a sample so they can actually taste it before committing. Most people just want to know what they’re getting, so giving them the chance to try it for themselves usually helps them feel more comfortable and open to it.
