Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
I currently work at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and that involves checking in people of all ages into cars. Whenever I have to check-in someone over the age of 60, I make sure they feel very comfortable and confident with the vehicle I am putting them in. I usually sit in the passenger seat and I walk them through how all the buttons work, showing them how to defrost windshields, turn on the radio, heat/A/C and anything else they need before I let them go.
