Can you share a previous experience where you provided exceptional customer service in a high-traffic event setting?

I was working this big community event that contained about 300+ people from local communities including my very own and I was in charge of the kids area..face painting, games and more. The line for face painting ended up getting crazy long, kids were getting restless, parents were getting irritated and to make all matters worse it was hot. So I knew I had to take action. I started doing little games with the kids standing in the line like “Simon Says”, mini dance battles, really anything to keep the energy fun and the vibes at a high. Meanwhile I helped the face painter set up a number system so people didn’t feel like they were being skipped. I made sure to check in with parents as well making sure that they were also having a good time. Giving them tickets to our food trucks providing chairs and mini fans while they waited with the kids. By the end of the event many people appreciated the effort I had put in to keep things running smoothly and some even gave me tips but for me, I believe that good service is all about energy, quick thinking, and remaining in good spirits even when things get wild.

How would you approach engaging with attendees to promote the Everyday Dose coffee?

First I would start off with a quick good taste test interview. “First sip, what’s the vibe?” Then after the attendee’s question “what is the WONDERFUL coffee brand?!” Tell them alll about Everyday dose coffee. Wrapping it all up I would use our social media platforms such as TikTok, and instagram to start a new challenge called “#DoseYourDay presenting how people feel after switching their personal brand of coffee use.
