Self-care looks like consuming food and beverages that are healthy and not harmful to the body. understanding the care my body needs and making sure I adhere to that, such as skin care and hair care. Nourishing my skin with moisturizer and curating my shower care routine.

I would go to my favorite spots in the city were I usually see flyers and notice them as well as look on social media to see where other flyers have gottent visibility by top creators around the city.
