What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
As a person who often enjoys hearing others' opinions and following other leaders around campus. I have found myself taking what I've learned from those leaders and gravitating towards my own leadership roles throughout my college community. Although this is the case, I do not hesitate to hear others on their words of advice, in fact, I love incorporating what I have learned into being a better leader, and person.

The frequent discussions I have had with many Gen Z college students they describe the constant need for freedom in the workplace, and a place where they can feel appreciated. This has become such a huge priority for them that it affects their career choices, as well as the longevity for the workplace they are in.
