I created the digital images for an Instagram account called ylm_nj which was for a chapter of youth leaders in medicine. I assigned roles to the different members of our digital team to gather information, pictures, design slides, and captions for each post. I defined success by the amount of exposure our account received with our likes, comments, and follows.
