No, I don’t currently have an Apple Music subscription—I primarily use Spotify for music discovery and daily listening.

Describe the way your favorite song makes your feel

My favorite song shifts depending on my mood, but right now it’s Temporary Bliss by The Cab. Listening to it feels like biting into something sharp and sweet at the same time. The guitar riffs have this gritty, electric texture, and the vocals carry this smooth yet aching quality.. Emotionally, it feels like a flashback you didn’t ask for but can’t look away from messy, magnetic, and deeply human. I get addicted to songs like this. I’ll put it on repeat and sink into the loop, letting each listen pull a different thread of emotion. It’s chaotic comfort in the best way.

Do you play or study music? if so, elaborate.

I don’t formally study or play music, but I’m a very active and intentional listener. I take pride in curating playlists that reflect a wide range of moods and cultural influences. I’m especially drawn to music from across Europe—everything from old French chansons to current rap scenes in the French-speaking world. I also listen to a lot of Japanese rock and enjoy discovering artists whose sounds carry emotional or cultural weight. For me, listening is an immersive experience—one that connects me to different histories, places, and perspectives through sound.
