Telfar. I love the representation it brings to the industry as a Black, queer owned business. Additionally, I find the owner, Telfar Clemens' strategy of dropping different bags every week to be genius as it keeps people engaged whether it be checking back to see if their favorite bag is back in stock or anticipating new bag designs. I respect how versatile the brand is by not only creating bags but hats, belts, robes, and other apparel. Finally, I love the awareness the brand has for its buyers. The brand allows people to feel luxurious and stylish without being too straining on their wallets. Even with high profile celebrities such as Beyoncé & Oprah Winfrey further popularizing the bags, the prices haven't wavered. While businesses are going to be businesses, Telfar understands its audience and what they're willing to buy into.
