What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me wellness is not just physical but also emotional and psychological; We need to take care of ourselves physically and mentally, and often these go hand in hand. I like to integrate wellness into my life by journaling, going for walks and spending time with loved ones.
