To hype up the launch, I would open an instagram handle that is private and accepts students only from the college campus (exclusivity encourages people to want to be a part of soemthing). The first way I would spread the word is by sharing with close friends as well as with classmates and people I know. I would also give out flyers to students at the cafeteria and create big posters to put up in the dorms. The posters would be interactive to get students enageged and have them get interested about the app.

I worked at a bar that had an ouside terrace. Having ashtrays on each table, having the tables align together, chair placement, loudness of music, and whether to have the windows of the terrace down or up dpending on the weather were all minute details and background tasks I had to complete to provide a comfortable and plesaruble atmosphere for clients. These tasks provided astehtics to new clients, therfore attracting them to see the bar.

Having clear deadlines and set reminders (using a time management software) will hold members accountable for completeing task. Of course, sometimes things happen and people miss deadlines, but if it happens more than three times I belive in more serious consequences than a reminder.
