What's the best party you've ever thrown?
The best party I've ever thrown was an afterparty for a children's event. Since there was a range of different ages I made sure to include all that could to make sure everyone had fun. There were plenty of games, music, food, and overall fun.

I previously worked at a school where communication was not only encouraged but necessary, which helped me give honest opinions. I now find it easy to deliver honest feedback because it allows room to grow.

this role will require individuals who are self motivated and self directed. We are working with important deadlines. Please provide an experience where you thrived in such an environment.
There was once a time where I had to plan a youth party, and because I was so excited and passionate about it, I finished it almost a week in advance. If I'm putting my energy into something positive I'll be able to get whatever GRYT needs done ASAP.
