Interview Questions
Create | Creatine Gummies
Field Marketing Coordinator

Describe your experience coordinating marketing projects.
I started a company when I was in undergrad that sold shampoo and body wash tide pods at my college. The goal was to reduce plastic waste, a big problem in that industry. We focued marketing efforts on problem awareness, cost efficiency, and other benefits to the consumer. We set of sampling events, and were able to sell out of our inventory in less than a month.

How would you motivate a team to complete their sampling tasks on time?
First, and foremost, I would set clear expectations regarding when the tasks should be done and the appropriate timeline (have X amount done by this date). If the team was not achieving these goals, I would have a conversation with them to find out why. Maybe there are some problems that need to be addressed, and these anwers could help guide me to structure support for other members of the team. I also think people need to feel a sense of personal responsibility and ownership. I would look to empower team members to assist with timeline development, goal setting, and how to approach the sampling tasks.

Retail Outreach & Sales Operations Intern

What interests you most about retail sales and operations in a consumer brand?
I have always found that I am very good at connecting with people, so as I learned more about sales I realized it is an area that I could excel. I have been a part of a couple consumer brands before and I love the challenge of getting the product out there on shelves and in front of customers.
