Why do you like sports?
I have been playing field hockey since I was 7 years old. Sports brings people together, whether that's playing, watching, or supporting a sports team. It's the easiest way to find a community.

What role does journaling play in your life?
I journal everyday, if thats morning or night, even mid day. I use my journal as a brain dump, anything on my mind goes onto paper. I journal when I'm stressed, happy, sad, having ideas, lists, anything that is on my mind can be found in my journal.
