Then I’d add a small incentive (like a giveaway or discount) and make the survey quick and easy, so there’s no friction to completing it. I’d also follow up—repost, remind, and personally message a few people to get those last responses and hit 50.

I focus on real experience and specifics—what worked, what didn’t, and why—so it doesn’t feel vague or biased. I also try to balance it by highlighting both pros and cons, and phrase any negatives in a way that’s helpful, not harsh, so someone can actually use the feedback.
