What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?
First, I consider quality and performance. What is the product's quality, durability, and overall performance? Does it meet the expectations and standards for its intended use?
Then, features and functionality. I evaluate the product's features and how well they fulfill my needs or solve a specific problem.
Lastly, user experience. I consider the ease of use and user-friendliness of the product.

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
1. Clearly define expectations: Ensure that each team member understands their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for tasks or projects.
2. Regular check-ins: Schedule regular meetings to review progress, discuss any challenges, and offer support.
3. Set milestones: Break down larger tasks into smaller milestones and track progress towards them.
4. Use project management tools: Implement tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira to track tasks and monitor their completion status.
5. Encourage open communication: Create a culture where team members feel comfortable discussing their progress and any obstacles they may be facing.
6. Recognize and reward achievements: Acknowledge and reward team members who consistently meet deadlines and contribute positively to the team's success.
7. Address issues promptly: If someone consistently fails to meet deadlines, address the issue promptly and offer support or additional resources if needed.
8. Foster a sense of ownership: Encourage team members to take ownership of their tasks and empower them to find solutions to challenges.
Different approaches may work better for different teams or individuals, so I'm always flexible in my approach and will tailor it to the specific needs of the group.

Describe your design philosophy and where you find inspiration.
My design philosophy revolves around creating meaningful and impactful experiences that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality, embracing simplicity, innovation, and user-centricity to evoke emotions and solve real-world problems. I draw inspiration from many different outlooks but, focus on character in the details, an emphasis on previous eras of design, and a blend of current design trends.
