How would you engage a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?
I would engage with a hesitant customer with charisma, smile and show politeness courtesy. I would be welcoming open to a hesitant customer especially because they do not know what the new product even is about. I would not apply pressure the customer on trying out a new product. Instead I would engage them with fun cool interactions, stories, comments and ask them interesting product related questions.
