I build authenticity in my product review content by being intentional about transparency and personal investment in what I share. There are plenty of instances where I purchase products myself just to test them out and give my audience an honest, firsthand perspective and when content is sponsored my audience is aware. This allows me to speak more freely about my real experience of what worked, what didn’t, and whether I would personally recommend it. My audience knows that I don’t promote anything I would not use even if I was paid. My approach is centered on honesty and credibility. Whether I bought it myself or it’s a collaboration, my audience can trust that I’m sharing products I actually believe in and have tested for myself.
