I think you can build rapport with someone you've never met over DM by being authentic to the brand and to the interaction- being open and honest with the reason for interaction, making a bid for connection elsewhere, partnership, or just connection!

How would you use social media to build relationships with businesses and get them excited about a brand?
I would build relationships by following and interacting with brands that have similar audiences to Hormbles Chormbles. I would also create opportunities for users to post interactive content using our products, so retailers see the product love. Consistent interaction would open the door for partnerships and future in-person activations, and would allow for continued growth.
