Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
One experience that really shows my ability to build strong relationships was during my first internship at a real estate consulting company. I was only 18 at the time, and honestly, I was a bit nervous everyone else was much older and more experienced than me. But instead of letting that hold me back, I chose to just be myself. I stayed friendly, open, and willing to learn, and that helped me connect with my coworkers quickly. Despite the age gap, I was able to gain their trust and interest, and we ended up building great friendships. That experience taught me that being authentic, respectful, and curious goes a long way in forming strong connections, no matter the environment.

What types of creators do you typically like to follow?
I typically love following creators who are raw, authentic, and super engaging with their audience. My favorite content creators are Alix Earle and Katie Fang. I just love how real they are. I especially enjoy "Get Ready With Me" videos because they give a peek into the creator’s daily life and personality, and it feels like you're just hanging out with a friend. Their lives are so interesting that I always want to keep up with them and see what they’re up to next!

Have you had sales or account management experience?
Yes, I have experience in both sales and account management. I previously interned as a Business Development Intern, a real estate development company. In that role, I was responsible for managing client accounts, including handling their social media and maintaining client engagement. I also gained hands-on sales experience, where I learned how to present and promote property listings, understand client needs, and support the closing process. In addition to that, I’ve held Marketing Officer positions in multiple student organizations. These roles involved a strong sales component promoting events, driving attendance, and leading fundraising efforts by encouraging donations and selling products. I had to understand my audience, create compelling messaging, and effectively communicate value core skills that directly relate to both sales and account management.
