By communicating the aims and results we hope to achieve through interaction with influencers and the pager team, I will set clear expectations and goals. Make sure that everyone involved is aware of these objectives and aware of their respective roles and responsibilities.
Develop a good rapport with the pager staff and influentials. Spend some time learning about their requirements, passions, and tastes. Engage in conversations proving genuine interest in and respect for their job.
