My favorite streaming platform is Hulu. They provide a very diverse and inclusive array of movies and shows that interest me. I love that they do not hold back on anything, whether that be language, nudity, etc. It makes the movies/shows have a more authentic feel to them. I love that.

Wellness is a lifestyle to me. I try to incorporate health and well-being into everything I do. As soon as I wake up, I make sure to start off my day with positive affirmations and a nutritious breakfast. I always take my daily vitamins to ensure that I will be prepared for the day ahead. I continue to listen to my body and mind throughout the day to establish trust with myself and guarantee that I know how to take care of myself when I need it. And to top it off, I prioritize sleep and rest to make sure I can recover for the next day adequately. Wellness is one of the most important parts of my daily life.
