MindBodyGreen has a great social media presence. They have accumulated over 1.3 million followers by creating and sharing content that connects to everyone. They post everything from exercise, vitamins, and recipes to memes and inspiring quotes. Their account isn't directed at one demographic but, focuses on the overall health of everyone. This inclusion has more than likely been the driving force that helped them build their following.
