I am able to fulfill the 20-40 hours. Ideally would want to stay between 20-30 due to classes and homework, but with my time-management and organizational skills, it should not be a problem.

When evaluating micro-influencers to post for a campaign, what engagement metrics do you consider?

First metric I see is their comments throughout different platforms. Mainly looking for a certain demographic that the influencer has built themselves off. This demographic is key to whether that influencer is a good candidate for our campaign. Another metric to look for is effort. Is their content well done, consistent, often faked? All these things help narrow down candidates as we obviously want someone to give maximum effort to the campaign in order to fully engage their audience. The goal is maximum engagement. Lastly, reputation. Does the influencer have a bad rep in the influencer community? Is the creator someone viewers trust for their recommendations? These are some of the metrics I would consider when evaluating micro-influencers.

Can you give an example of a successful Influencer or social media campaign you were involved in?

My highschools morning Live Broadcast as well as their instagram (@masnewshs). Alongside this, my own personal brand where I specialize in photography and videography through a wide range of different categories including weddings, car photography, promotional, etc. Using programs like Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro X and Pixieset.
