How would you approach promoting Uber's Back-to-School Activation to students?

1. Lead with Student-Centered Messaging Frame the activation around what students care about: saving time, money, and effort. Messaging like: “Skip the bus line, save on late-night snacks, and ride in style this semester. Join Uber One now.” 2. Social Media Blitz (Pre- & During Activation) Instagram & TikTok Reels: Quick, high-energy videos showing how Uber One makes campus life easier (ex: "POV: It’s 1AM and you forgot your charger...") Stories with Polls/Countdowns: “What would YOU do with $100 in Uber credits?” Reddit/GroupMe drops: Target UNC student subreddits or group chats with memes and promo codes. 🎉 3. On-Campus Guerrilla Marketing Branded flyers and QR code posters in high-traffic areas (res halls, cafes, and libraries). Sidewalk chalk promos around dorms and main paths. Use campus influencers or student org leaders to hype it up ahead of time. 4. Partnerships with Student Orgs & Local Businesses Co-host activation with clubs (e.g., student government, Greek life) to tap into prebuilt audiences. Offer local Uber Eats discounts at student-loved spots for new signups. 5. Incentivize FOMO & Instant Sign-Ups “The first 100 sign-ups get Uber merch!” Live leaderboard: “The top 10 orgs with the most sign-ups win a catered Uber Eats night!”
