Describe a time you successfully followed up to close a sale.
While working in hospitality, I regularly interacted with guests and helped them make purchasing decisions. One example was when a guest was undecided about additional services and upgrades. Instead of pushing a sale, I listened to their needs, explained the benefits that matched their preferences, and followed up to answer their questions. By focusing on the value to the guest and maintaining good communication, they decided to proceed with the purchase. This experience taught me that successful sales often come from understanding customer needs, building trust, and providing timely follow-up rather than simply trying to sell a product.
