Why do you choose to wear makeup when you work out?
When I wear makeup when I work out, I feel confident on the outside, during a period of vulnerability with myself, or in front of others. Working out can be raw and vulnerable, as you are being truly authentic with yourself. Wearing makeup boosts confidence for me during this time.
