What are 2 consumer apps you love and why do you think they’ve gone viral or built strong user habits?
The 2 consumer apps I love the most are Tiktok and amazon. I believe Tiktok has gone viral due to the short-length videos that sometime provide useful or helpful information so by becoming dependable to some it seems that it has developed a trusted relationship with users. Amazon has built strong user habits by promoting the reliability and integrity of its brand which builds trust on the users end.
