I believe I am a critical thinker as I am very inquisitive and open-minded. I want to learn more about how things work and what I can do to make things perfect. I also analyse every little detail and try think of everything that could possibly go wrong. From there I am able to get an idea for if something were to happen what would I do.

Communication. In every event I have been a part of, in running it or as just a participant, it is obvious when there is a lack of communication amongst the organisers. Everything that goes wrong is almost always something that could have been prevented if proper communication was used amongst the team.
