Are you comfortable responding quickly and adapting to changing priorities?
Yes. In my experience as Excuses Chair of my sorority, I had to respond quickly and adapt to changing priorities constantly. Last minute schedule changes, time sensitive updates, and unexpected issues came up all the time, so I learned to stay organized, communicate clearly, and make quick decisions while keeping everything accurate and fair.

How do you stay up to date with social media trends?
I usually stay up to date just by scrolling TikTok and Reels for a few minutes each day and paying attention to what keeps popping up. If I hear the same sound or see the same video format a couple times, I save it. I also keep an eye on a few creators/brands in my space because that’s where I notice trends first. Then I’ll try one if it actually fits what I’m posting, instead of forcing it.
