Walk us through a time when you built or managed a complex spreadsheet system to track operational or financial data.
In my most recent role, I managed a spreadsheet listing all of our objects in the museum. My coworkers and I often referenced this document, which included accession numbers and processing dates, for various projects throughout the semester. This spreadsheet allowed us to work to our fullest capacity because we did not have to worry about how/where to find information relating to certain objects.
