You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
If I have a problem and cannot finish the trial to it’s completion it would be my responsibility to take it up with my higher up. Explain my predicament and see what they think the best plan would be. But this is also a job where you must complete the full trial to fully be able to write a good and well backed review. So unless it’s something truly serious, I would need to finish my task to completion.
