Can you describe a time when you provided exceptional customer service in a fast-paced event environment?
When I was volunteering at Jazz Fest, multiple people came up to me asking questions regarding directions and food. Though it was also my first time at the venue, I was able to use my customer service skills to lead them in the right direction.

Have you ever attended &/or worked at a music festival?
I volunteered at Jazz Fest in New Orleans; my role entailed helping people figure out which of the four bins they should throw their waste into. I have also attended many music festivals, and have been going to Lollapalooza for the past four years.
