Interview Questions
PopSips
San Diego Based Sales Rep

What strategies would you use to increase in-store sales for a unique beverage?
Successfully collaborate with a macro influencer and make them the face of the brand by creating a cost-efficient sticker that goes on the packaging. (Possibly sticking out of the packaging to capture consumers' attention).
Since humans are 'sense-making machines', I propose adding a highly convincing, attractive visual on the packaging, as if the product is viral.

How would you approach building relationships with local retailers?
I would start by identifying retailers that already stock similar wellness-focused or 'better-for-you' beverages to ensure our brand values align. My approach would be persistent yet professional. If met with an initial rejection, I’d return with a Plan B , such as a limited-time trial or a specific data-driven case study showing the success of prebiotic sodas in similar markets. Keeping the relationship data-backed and solution oriented ensures the manager sees PopSips as a revenue driver!
