Can you describe a past experience where you successfully engaged with an audience through TIKTOK?

Yes, one of my most impactful moments on TikTok was when I created a video titled something like, “ADHD Mom Trying to Be Soft but Life Is Loud,” under my handle @beautiful_mia8. I used a trending audio that gave off a calming, reflective vibe, and overlaid clips of me in real-life moments—cleaning in slow motion, journaling in chaos, and just trying to breathe through the overstimulation.

How do you plan to infuse authenticity and relatability into your TikTok content while showcasing your journey with the Healthy Happy ADHD book?

As someone who lives with ADHD, authenticity is not optional it’s how I survive and thrive. When it comes to creating TikTok content around Healthy, Happy ADHD, my goal is to show the real, unfiltered moments of navigating ADHD as a mom, a content creator, and a woman working on herself daily. ADHD comes with layers, and I think relatability comes from not trying to “fix” that, but embracing it with compassion and curiosity. That’s the tone I want to bring so people know they’re not alone and that growth with ADHD doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
