Please review at our IG feed and let us know what you think in a few sentences. @happywaxmelts
Happy Wax is already confident in its bright color story and wears it well. The playful visuals and aesthetic product shoots are a great inspiration for visual design.
Visually, Happy Wax can evolve by integrating typography more natively to its imagery to disrupt the product image + text formula on its grid. This means creative typography that interacts with the products and space, making the text feel like part of the overall design for more depth and visual interest.
Content Strategy wise, Happy Wax can encourage creative use of its products by highlighting at home scent combinations or candle diys with the wax melts. This can encourage more audience engagement and inspire more utility from the product.

Which 2 companies do you think are doing a great job engaging their audience?
Companies like Starface and Graza are great examples of how to build a distinct, audience-first identity. Both excel at speaking directly to their communities through playful design and strong product storytelling.
I take inspiration from this by approaching brands as if they were people with personalities and values. In my own work, I make sure every asset, whether it’s a graphic or a piece of copy feels like it belongs to a larger, cohesive story.

How do you stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing?
As a freelancer, keeping up with social media trends has become a natural part of my daily routine. I’m constantly scrolling through platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest—not just for inspiration, but to really observe what’s capturing people’s attention and how brands are showing up creatively and authentically. I’ve also made it a personal habit to explore the work of local creative agencies. A few I’m especially inspired by right now are Blurr Bureau, for their captivating visuals, and Seventh House Marketing, for their strong and consistent social presence. Watching how they blend strategy with style helps keep me sharp and creatively motivated.
