focusing on what one brings to a company in terms of for-profit thinking is dépassé, the era of common ground and common level hiring is upon so in order to gain traction on the market u have to appeal to the idea that anyone can be hired to do anything! meaning that the profiles u build shouldnt be candidate appeals to company but more of a human/social profile
