Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
One time when I was young, I was working in a computer repair shop, where someone had come to the shop with his laptop screen broken, it wasn't lighting up at all, but the laptop was working, so I told him it should be a faulty panal flex cable fixing it is possible but might break again anytime and it's risky as the panal itself might be the problem so i told him it's better to change it all togther but if you just want a fix i can also provide that so he wanted a fix even though i tried to advice him to just repalce but 1 week later as i told him it got broken again he wasn't convinced enought for a replace but I told him everthing and he trusted my words for a replace and he did it

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
It depends on the task and the client's need for that task
we should prioritize tasks that are solely more important for the company and will be more of our benefit
And if there are two clients with two different tasks, I should know which client can wait longer for his task so that I prioritize the other task in a way that doesn't harm the other client, cause after all, our goal is client satisfaction
