I have done a few UGC videos recently and I'm definitely getting better with them. Additionally, I create beuaty and lifestyle content on my personal TikTok (@merbear403) and have started to build a community there. I truly enjoy creating content and it's a huge passion of mine, so it comes very natural to me!

During a group project for a marketing class, one of my teammates was consistently missing deadlines and not responding to messages, which put the whole team behind. Since we had a strict presentation date, I reached out to them directly but professionally to understand if something was going on. I made sure to keep the tone respectful and focused on the goals we needed to meet.

They explained they were overwhelmed with other classes, so I worked with them to split the remaining tasks in a more manageable way and set mini-deadlines. I also kept the rest of the team updated so we could all stay aligned. Ultimately, we were able to complete the project on time and deliver a compelling presentation. That experience taught me the importance of clear communication, empathy, and finding solutions that work for everyone involved.
