Yes, I’m based in NYC, so traveling throughout the city 1–2 times a week is definitely doable for me.

How do you stay updated on social media platform trends and how would you incorporate them into DIG's content?

I stay updated on social media trends by actively scrolling through platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, etc; not just for fun, but to really observe what’s trending, what kinds of content are performing well, and how different brands and creators are engaging their audiences. I pay attention to popular audios, trending challenges, memes, and content formats, and I take note of how trends evolve and adapt across the platforms. For DIG, I’d use this insight to create content that feels fun and relevant, while still aligning with the brand’s mission. For example, if a trending sound could be used to highlight a new menu item, a behind-the-scenes kitchen moment, or something similar, I’d jump on it quickly and tailor it to fit DIG’s aesthetic and tone. Scrolling also helps me stay in tune with how audiences are interacting with content, which is key for community engagement. I’d use those insights to make DIG’s social presence more interactive, relatable, and fun, whether that’s through story polls, quick replies, or encouraging content by reposting customers’ photos of their meals at DIG, duets, and more.
