How would you describe a successful training Process?
My philosophy on training (and learning in general) is that by the time the trainee has completed the training process, they themselves should be able to become the trainer. The process should be engaging, feedback incorporative, and should follow and accomplish set objectives and goals. As a trainer I would establish a solid working relationship with trainees to ensure that they understand what is expected of them and that they are set up for success moving forward.
