How do you approach leaving an honest food review?

When I leave a food review, I always try to be honest but fair. I think about the whole experience, how the food tasted, the portion size, the vibe of the place, and even the service. If something wasn’t great, I’ll mention it, but I try not to be harsh just real about what could’ve been better. And if something stood out in a good way, like amazing flavor or great customer service, I make sure to highlight that too. I want my reviews to feel like advice from a friend, not a critic just me sharing what I genuinely thought so others know what to expect.

You’ll be reading the Healthy Happy ADHD book, and creating relatable content around how it’s helping you reset your health, your habits, your energy, and how you feel about yourself. ARE YOU CONFIDENT ON CAMERA?

Yes, I’m confident on camera, especially when I’m sharing something that feels real and personal. I’m comfortable being myself, whether that means talking openly about a small win, laughing through a setback, or just showing up as I am that day. With Healthy Happy ADHD, I know the content will naturally spark relatable moments like trying to reset my habits or manage my energy in a way that actually works for my brain and I’m excited to share that in a way that feels genuine. My goal isn’t to be perfect, just honest and real, and that’s what helps me connect with people on camera.
