Journaling plays a huge role in my life. I consider every post on social media a journal entry of my friend's and favorite celebrities' lives. This makes me feel hugely connected to my peers. On a more personal level, I sporadically journal certain thoughts, feelings, and ideas I have throughout the day. By doing this, I feel a stronger connection to my sense of self. Overall, journaling helps me stay connected and make sense of the world.
