How do you stay on top of TikTok trends and incorporate them into your content?

“I stay up-to-date by spending time on the For You Page daily, following trend-reporting accounts, and paying attention to popular audio, editing styles, and hashtags. That way, the content remains both engaging and relevant.”

Describe your experience creating BEAUTY TikTok UGC content. What’s one of your most successful videos?

“I haven’t created beauty UGC yet, but I watch a lot of TikTok beauty content and study what makes it engaging. I’ve noticed that transformation videos, quick tutorials, and relatable skits perform really well. I’m confident I can apply those same techniques—like trending sounds, natural lighting, and storytelling—to create content that feels authentic and connects with the audience.”

Can you provide an example of a successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals?

“In junior high, I worked on a group project where we had to design a presentation about social media’s impact on society. Some of us focused on research, others on creating visuals, while I helped organize the flow and made sure the information connected with the audience. By combining our skills—research, design, and communication—we created a polished presentation that received high marks and positive feedback from teachers. That experience showed me how collaborating with different strengths can make a project more impactful.”
