For me, authenticity is staying true to my feelings, beliefs in ideas. Have confidence in yourself, and your talents and don’t be afraid to share it with the world. Don’t pressure yourself to conform to social norms, put your uniqueness on display.

To create social proof, find a way to show consumers that others are already buying, and loving our product. It is human nature to care about the opinions of others, so make sure to create something that is of value. Encourage consumers to leave reviews, and make sure to put the good ones on display! Turn skeptics into believers.

Apologize, and provide contingency. Provide the costumer with the opportunity to experience the best and most attentive version of yourself. When given another chance, do everything in your power to create an experience they will never forget.
