My experience mainly comes from in-person customer service. I support customers by taking note of their concerns, reassuring them of our company's quality guarantee, fixing problems if it's within my capabilities, and if not I would relay the concern to my manager.

How do you ensure accuracy when managing multiple details in your work?
I always double check at specific intervals (10-15 min) and correct any inconsistencies. If handling a large assignment, I make sure to have a bullet point board as well.

What do you usually look for in a good sauce or condiment?
If it's Chinese sauces, I would definitely say a balance of oil and flavor. While oil contributes flavor, too much would obviously affect the product quality. I look for some umami in a good condiment as well.
