Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.
I am currently managing an author with the release of their short story. From before pre-sales to the release. And I am continuing to work with them. Coming up with promotional posts and incentives for customers. The project has had great success and continuing momentum for the release of their book later on this year.
