How does art bring value into your life currently?

being a college student, I don't have a lot of time to myself away from studying. I try to spend some time each week engaging some way in enjoying art, whether in physical form or in musical form. I was a member of the arts in my high school and it gave to me an appreciation to all the different aspects of the arts. I love the way arts can help me escape the hustle and bustle of college life!

What's one recent brand collaboration that really resonates with college students specifically?

bloom nutrition - bloom gives college students an easy way to keep their fruit and veggie intake up between classes. lots of students these days are trying to stay healthy while being in college as much as possible, and bloom greens allows us to do this!

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

Wellness to me is finding balance and appreciation with yourself and your body. Wellness looks different on everybody, and it is important to me to recognize this as I start my career as a physical therapist. For me, wellness is about balance in my diet and exercise routine. I know I don't have the time or money to go to the gym for hours on end every day and invest in the highest health foods; with this, I try to incorporate an hour of peaceful movement each day and at least one fully healthy meal while incorporating other comfort foods into my other meals with other health in mind. Finding a way to incorporate more aspects of health foods and supplements is apart of my resolution for the coming year.
