How do you tailor content for Instagram versus TikTok?
I treat Instagram and TikTok a bit differently because people show up with different expectations on each platform. On TikTok, I lean into a more raw, immediate style. The first few seconds matter a lot, so I usually start with a strong hook that feels conversational or slightly unexpected. I don’t over polish the edit there. I keep it fast paced, use quick cuts, and let it feel like I’m just talking or reacting in real time. Even when it’s sponsored, I try to make it feel like something I would normally post on my own feed. On Instagram, especially Reels, I focus more on aesthetic flow. The pacing is usually a bit smoother, visuals are more intentional, and I think more about how the video fits into a curated feed. I still keep it natural, but I might be more careful with lighting, transitions, and overall visual harmony so it feels cohesive with the platform. For both, I always adapt the hook and tone to feel native. I don’t just repost the same video. I adjust the energy so it feels like it belongs where it’s being watched.

What types of short-form content do you enjoy creating the most?
I enjoy creating short-form content that feels like real life instead of something staged. The ones I naturally gravitate toward are: I really like GRWM style videos where it’s just me getting ready while sharing a small thought, a routine, or even a product I genuinely use in the moment. It feels very personal and easy to connect with. Day in my life clips are also a favorite, especially when they’re not overly planned. Just simple moments like coffee runs, working on my laptop, quick errands, or little resets at home. I also enjoy app based content, especially productivity or lifestyle apps, where I can show how something actually fits into my day instead of just talking about features. That kind of content feels useful but still very natural. And honestly, quick routine based videos are my comfort zone too, like skincare, morning reset, or evening wind down. They’re simple but people relate to them a lot. In general, I like content that feels calm, real, and easy to watch without trying too hard.

What type of lifestyle content do you like to post?
I like to post lifestyle content that feels real, visual, and easy to relate to in everyday life. A lot of it is day-in-the-life style videos, morning and night routines, wellness moments, and soft aesthetic “getting ready with me” or reset-type content. I also enjoy mixing in beauty, fitness, and casual lifestyle clips—like coffee runs, gym days, studying/working routines, and small self-care habits—so it feels like a full, natural day rather than something overly staged.
